Mettler-Toledo, Inc. is seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Expert in Warsaw to shape our Total Rewards strategy for the region and to support the AI transformation of HR processes.

You will work with data to draw insights, run market benchmarks, and collaborate across HR, Finance, and IT teams to drive digital transformation. The role emphasizes strong analytics, international experience, and English fluency, with hybrid work and opportunities to influence pay and benefits across

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in an international environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into business insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytical and visualization tools.
• Hands-on experience with, or strong interest in, AI in HR and Pay Transparency Directive.

Responsibilities

• Build cost models, salary budget simulations, pay equity analyses and ensure EU Pay Transparency compliance.
• Implement and develop AI-based tools in Total Rewards processes.
• Run salary reviews, market analyses and benchmarks (e.g. Mercer) and recommend actions.
• Design, analyze and harmonize compensation and benefits policies across European countries.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and IT on digital transformation of compensation processes.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for regional leadership.
• Advise HR Business Partners and managers on pay, bonus and benefits topics.
• Participate in global projects such as salary structure reviews and long-term incentive plans.
