Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Compensation Senior Manager to lead EU Pay Transparency initiatives and oversee pay equity across markets. You will design, govern, and communicate Total Rewards programs while partnering with HR, Legal, and business leaders.

You will provide strategic advisory on compensation, analyze market data, and drive analytics using Excel, Power BI, and Workday to ensure a fair and competitive reward framework across the EU and globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct compensation experience including total rewards

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and governance of Total Rewards with focus on pay equity and EU directives
• Monitor compliance and pay equity analysis across markets
• Partner with HR, Legal and business leaders to enhance pay equity frameworks and compensation technology
• Advise senior leadership on best practices for total rewards
• Oversee market intelligence and compensation analytics for strategic decisions
• Lead process optimization leveraging technology to enhance compensation operations
