Job summary

AmRest, a global hospitality group, is seeking an HR Analyst to support compensation analytics and HR processes by transforming data into insights that drive business decisions.

You will contribute to market benchmarking, salary reviews and the development of reporting tools across international markets, ensuring fair and transparent reward practices.

Strong Excel skills and fluent English are essential; experience with Power BI and HR systems like SyncPeople is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis or related analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience in reporting and translating data into business insights.
• Very good Excel skills.
• Very good English, both written and spoken.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Flexibility to work in an international environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze compensation data to support internal equity and external market competitiveness.
• Participate in salary reviews and compensation planning processes.
• Conduct market benchmarking activities and participate in salary surveys.
• Support implementation and administration of compensation programs and bonus schemes.
• Consolidate and analyze HR data across markets for informed decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reports and tools for compensation, pay equity and transparency.
• Prepare compensation analyses and insights with accurate data.
