Job summary

Virtual Colleague invites a proactive Virtual Assistant to own the growth of a global online community focused on improving communication skills. The role blends community building, LinkedIn outreach, content promotion, and AI-enabled growth activities to attract, engage, and retain members.

You will test ideas, work independently with flexible hours (minimum 10 hours per week), and collaborate with the team to evolve the Coffee Club into a scalable, international community.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience or ability in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, community management, or digital marketing.
• Comfortable using AI tools and learning new technology quickly.
• Strong research and information gathering skills.
• Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of growing and developing the Coffee Club community.
• Identify and implement creative ways to engage and retain members.
• Develop ideas for community activities, sessions, and collaborations.
• Encourage meaningful interaction and monitor engagement metrics.
• Conduct LinkedIn research and build prospect lists for outreach.
• Send personalized connections and nurture relationships with AI-assisted workflows.
• Test ideas and measure results to drive scalable growth.
