Job summary

Goodyear seeks a Global Clinics Lead to oversee the governance and operations of its worldwide clinics, ensuring regulatory alignment and collaboration with EHSS, workers’ compensation, and health teams.

The role manages 22 clinics, drives standards and improvements, and partners with stakeholders to optimize injury prevention, treatment coordination, and return-to-work strategies in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance or a related science.
• Technical expertise in workers compensation claim processing, cost drivers, settlement practices and transitional work programs.
• Strong financial analysis skills to review program costs and reserving practices.
• Experience with claim investigation and litigation.
• Knowledge of government regulations related to workers' compensation.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Defines and maintains the global governance model for Global Clinics with standards and roles.
• Oversees 22 global onsite clinics, enforces standards, and drives risk and process improvements.
• Coordinates the program with EHSS and business partners to align health and workers’ compensation.
• Establishes global principles, policies, and operating standards for clinic models.
• Partners with Workers’ Compensation to align early intervention and return-to-work.
• Monitors vendor performance, service delivery, data integrity, and contracts.
• Supports injury prevention and health surveillance using clinic and claims data.

The role is accountable for defining and operationalizing a global clinics governance model that ensures consistency, compliance, and alignment across regions while allowing for local regulatory and business requirements.What You'll DoDefines, implements, and maintains the global governance model for Global Clinics, including standards, roles and responsibilities, decision rights, escalation pathways, and performance oversight, in partnership with EHSS and key business stakeholders.Oversees 22 global onsite clinics, setting and enforcing standards, ensuring regulatory and governance compliance, and driving risk assessment and process improvement initiatives in close collaboration with EHSS and key business partners.Manages and coordinates the Global Clinics program, working closely with EHSS and the wider business to ensure alignment with occupational health, safety, workforce health, and workers’ compensation strategies.Establishes global principles, policies, and operating standards for clinic models, ensuring consistency while accommodating local regulatory, cultural, and business requirements.Partners with Workers’ Compensation teams to align clinic operations with early intervention, treatment coordination, and return to work strategies.Oversees and manages clinic vendor performance, including service delivery, compliance with governance standards, data integrity, and contractual obligations.Partners with EHSS to support injury prevention initiatives, health surveillance, and continuous improvement efforts informed by clinic, safety, and claims data.What We're Looking ForBachelors degree in Business Management, Finance or a related science.Technical expertise in workers compensation claim processing, cost drivers, settlement practices and transitional work programsSolid understanding of financial analysis to review program costs and reserving practicesExperience with claim investigation and litigationWorking knowledge of government regulations associated with workers compensationExcellent communication and time management skillsWe offer a career development path starting with a 7-month fixed-term contract.
