Goodyear is seeking a Global Clinics Lead to manage governance and standards for its Global Clinics program. The role collaborates with EHSS, workers’ compensation, HR and business partners to ensure compliant, consistent operations across regions while permitting local regulatory alignment.

You will oversee 22 clinics, drive risk assessment, process improvements, and alignment with health, safety and return-to-work strategies. A hybrid work model is supported.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance or a related science.
• Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation claim processing and cost drivers.
• Experience with settlements and transitional work programs.
• Ability to analyze costs, reserves, and program financials.
• Experience with claim investigations and litigation.
• Familiarity with government workers’ compensation regulations.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the global governance model for Global Clinics with standards and escalation paths.
• Oversee 22 global onsite clinics, enforce standards, and drive risk assessment and improvements.
• Coordinate with EHSS and business partners on health, safety, and workers’ compensation strategies.
• Establish global policies and operating standards while adapting to local regulations.
• Align clinic operations with early intervention and return-to-work programs.
• Manage clinic vendor performance, data integrity, and contractual obligations.
• Support injury prevention initiatives and health surveillance through data-driven insights.
