Job summary

GE HealthCare in Kraków seeks a Global Install IT Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver IT projects for the Global Install organization across AIS and PCS. You will work with business stakeholders, IT Product Managers, and engineering teams to drive end-to-end project execution from planning through deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related technical field.
• Progressive IT project management experience, preferably in healthcare technology.
• Proven track record managing large-scale installation projects.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical imaging technologies and installation requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Global Install IT projects from initiation through deployment.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project health and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Drive projects to completion on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate release planning, testing, deployment, and production-readiness.
• Collaborate with IT Product Managers to execute initiatives and coordinate across teams.
