Job summary

GE HealthCare in Kraków is seeking a Global Install IT Project Manager to plan, execute and deliver IT projects for the Global Install organization across AIS and PCS. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines, budgets and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with business priorities.

The role requires strong leadership, deep IT project experience in healthcare technology, PMP or equivalent, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Progressive IT project management experience in healthcare technology or complex equipment industries.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical imaging technologies and installation requirements.
• Ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of Global Install IT projects from initiation through deployment.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project health, risks, dependencies, changes, and reporting.
• Coordinate release planning, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
• Collaborate with IT Product Managers and cross-functional teams worldwide.
