Qualifications

• 3–5 years at a leading strategy consulting firm with healthcare or life-sciences exposure.
• Fluency in English and Polish is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% across the region.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic goals into structured plans and drive delivery across workstreams.
• Collaborate with European leadership to map expansion, market development, and integration initiatives.
• Prepare executive-ready materials including market analyses, business cases, and performance updates.
