RTB House is seeking a Client Services Operations Specialist to build and optimize the tools, systems, and automations that support day-to-day client services activities across global markets.

You will drive Pipedrive adoption, ensure CRM data hygiene, and leverage AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to prototype workflows, automate processes, and standardize deliverables while maintaining scalable, high-quality customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of commercial experience in revenue operations, business systems, sales/client services enablement, or a related operational field.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Experience configuring or administering business tools and workflows (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, Asana, Zapier, Make).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and the ability to turn AI capabilities into practical, daily workflows.
• Comfort working with structured data, maintaining clean pipelines, and basic SQL is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain the operational tools, systems, and automations that support day-to-day Client Services activities, eliminating manual and repetitive tasks.
• Drive Pipedrive adoption and ensure high CRM data hygiene to keep cross-sell pipelines and account activity reporting accurate and reliable.
• Utilize Claude and other AI solutions to prototype workflows, automate processes, and create reusable tools for commercial teams.
• Standardize key Account Management deliverables (including business reviews, growth plans, campaign recaps, and renewal proposals) by defining clear quality benchmarks and templates.
• Review account outputs against established standards to drive consistency across all client portfolios.
• Establish and optimize core operational handoffs (e.g., new-client intake and technical alignment on campaign launches) to ensure seamless delivery.
• Enable teams through hands-on onboarding, knowledge-sharing sessions, and maintaining up-to-date documentation and best-practice guides.
