Job summary

Citi in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Client Onboarding professional to lead regional and global cash management onboarding projects, working with middle market clients and cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth start.

You will drive onboarding cycle time reductions, report progress, and ensure compliance while collaborating with Relationship Management, Sales, Product Management, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant Client Onboarding and/or Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• French and/or Arabic will be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding projects of regional and global cash management solutions.
• Continuously reduce onboarding cycle time and minimize deal slippage.
• Accurately report project status and escalate slow-moving requests.
• Apply structured project management methodologies throughout the onboarding life cycle.
• Collaborate with Relationship Management, Sales, Product Management, Client Services and Operations to ensure client satisfaction.
