Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a remote Study Design Lead to join our Central Labs Services team in Poland. You will translate sponsor protocol requirements into database structures and craft Statements of Work for CLS projects.

The role requires a life sciences background with 6+ years in clinical research or lab settings, and a Master’s degree is preferred. Strong client interaction and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science required.
• 6+ years of experience in clinical research or lab environment.
• Master degree in life sciences preferred.
• Experience in Central Lab project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately interpret sponsor protocol requirements into the protocol specific database to generate a Statement of Work for the CLS project.
• Liaise with internal departments to understand full company capabilities and assess feasibility of requests to meet client needs related to study design.
• Act as a consultant to advise on study design choices and work with GSM to highlight risks and budget impacts.
• Display strong interpersonal and communication skills to build internal and external relationships for high-quality study design.
• Coordinate internal processes related to study design and ensure follow-up is integrated into the database and global monitoring plan.
