Job summary

AsstrA is seeking a Marketing & Promotion Specialist to develop and implement a comprehensive promotion strategy across customers and suppliers in international markets. You will drive B2B campaigns, manage the promotion system, and contribute to brand visibility.

You'll collaborate with sales teams, prepare promotional materials, and monitor ROI using defined KPIs. Fluency in English is required, and a fast-paced, multinational environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Marketing theory (including promotion mix), development and implementation of a marketing plan.
• Financial management, planning and budgeting.
• Analytical skills (what elements of the promotion mix will help increase ROI).
• Digital marketing, SMM, SEO.
• Knowledge of the market of advertisers, mass media, built network of contacts.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Commitment and ownership of responsibility.
• Personal efficiency, time management, stress management.

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of creative promotion strategy (incl. promotion mix), for customers and suppliers in first place.
• Management of the promotion system (incl. global promotion plan).
• To drive a variety of B2B promotion campaigns across focus regions to build awareness and create highly effective sales lead generation.
• Press secretary functions for AsstrA’s top management;
• Translation of positioning and USP to target markets;
• Brand management, adaptation of the brand book to the positioning and control of the visual standard;
• Provision of promotional materials for sales personnel (incl. product catalogue);
• Management of external and internal communication plan (PR);
• Define specific goals for the Promotion Department and measure the commercial and brand impact of promotion initiatives using well-defined metrics and KPIs;
• Collaborate with channel partners to generate demand for our products with end-users in diverse markets;
• Team expansion, staff training and development.
