Job summary

ITDS is seeking a Senior IT Recruitment Partner in Warsaw with remote work capability to lead end-to-end IT recruitment for banking projects. You will partner with senior hiring managers, manage candidates through interviews, and deliver high-quality hires across multiple locations.

Fluency in English and Polish, 5+ years in IT recruitment, and proven sourcing for roles like IT Developer or IT Analyst are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in banking.
Fluent English and Polish.
Proven track record sourcing for IT roles (e.g., IT Developer, IT Analyst, IT Team Leader).
Ability to independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
Experience handling multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines.
Experience managing a volume of 10–15 positions, internal and external.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IT recruitment campaigns for banking sector roles.
Engage with hiring managers and stakeholders across locations to determine needs.
Maintain candidate relationships and coordinate interviews and HR stages.
Provide regular updates and strategic recruitment insights to hiring managers.
Collaborate with external vendors for contractor sourcing as needed.
Build and maintain a proactive IT talent pipeline; conduct direct search.
Utilize ATS BWELCOME; training will be provided.
Handle offers and ensure right-to-work verification in Poland.
