Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks a Customer Service Representative to join their International Chemicals division in Kraków. The role interfaces with customers, suppliers and contract manufacturers, managing data entry, order accuracy, and timely information flow across sales and logistics.

You will support inventory management, resolve inquiries, assist credit controls, and collaborate with logistics and accounting to streamline processes while pursuing new sales opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in B2B customer service, logistics or supply chain management.
• Fluent German and English (minimum B2/C1) for international communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Interface between customers, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to provide accurate, timely information on sales and purchases.
• Input purchase, sales, and related data into the local IT system; ensure data accuracy from input to order completion.
• Answer inquiries promptly by phone and support Product Managers in inventory levels at warehouses.
• Resolve customer problems in a timely manner and contribute to collections if needed.
• Collaborate with logistics and accounting to streamline procedures and support sales opportunities.
