Job summary

Flex is seeking a Supply Chain Solution Analyst based in Tczew, Poland, or at another Flex European location. The role reports to the Director, Supply Chain Solution, and focuses on APS, planning solutions, and global implementation support.

The ideal candidate will have Kinaxis RapidResponse experience, strong scheduling knowledge, and ERP familiarity, with English communication and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with APS platforms and Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, scheduling, and related processes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in global environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as global SME for APS and supply chain solutions.
• Facilitate processes using APS and design solutions with standard Flex processes.
• Support onboarding and deployment of APS tools across sites.
