Job summary

Capgemini in Poland is seeking an experienced Digital Supply Chain Consultant to shape and lead transformation programs for global clients. You will support pre-sales and delivery, designing compelling solutions and driving measurable business impact.

With 12-15 years in supply chain consulting, you will apply expertise in planning, analytics, and ERP tools to build data-driven insights and collaborate with diverse, global teams on multi-year engagements.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in supply chain consulting or operations, including leading transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in supply chain planning (demand, supply, S&OP, inventory, logistics)
• Hands-on experience with ERP and planning tools (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Anaplan, JDA) and strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Able to analyze data and build business cases while collaborating with global teams

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunity assessments and contribute to pre-sales by developing solution proposals and pitch materials
• Present solutions and recommendations to executives and stakeholders
• Drive end-to-end transformation initiatives within large, multi-year engagements
• Execute high-impact transformation projects with accountability for delivery outcomes
• Develop reusable assets and knowledge capital for future engagements
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Engage stakeholders across levels to enable transformation and organizational change
