Softsich is seeking an Affiliate Team Lead to build and scale a global partner network, optimize traffic quality, and drive revenue growth. You will lead strategy, negotiate with top partners, and collaborate with product and marketing to dominate niche markets.

The role requires leadership of an affiliate team, deep knowledge of tracking, postbacks, anti-fraud, and experience with Affilka/ReferOn. Strong English is essential for global collaboration.

Formación

• 3+ years in affiliate marketing.
• Experience in global markets.
• Strong skills in finding, attracting, managing, and developing partners.
• Fluent or advanced English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop affiliate direction: strategy for attracting and scaling the partner network.
• Lead the Affiliate team: goals, planning, coaching, performance management.
• Engage leading partners in global markets and negotiate terms.
• Traffic purchasing and budget management with ROI/CPA/LTV focus.
• Choose and apply models (Fixed fee, CPA, Hybrid, Revenue Share).
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Legal/Finance teams.
