Job summary

Buro Happold in Lublin, Poland, is seeking an AP Junior Accountant to support the Europe-wide accounts payable function. You will process supplier invoices, validate vendor details, and ensure timely payments while upholding strong financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in accounting or finance.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and VAT/tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices in line with policies.
• Validate vendor details, PO, tax info, and payment terms.
• Post invoices and credits into the accounting system.
• Prepare and process vendor payments timely.
• Support month-end closing and reporting.
• Assist audits with required documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve AP processes.
