Stora Enso, a global leader in renewable products, seeks a Customer Service Specialist to support international key accounts from Warsaw. You will handle orders from enquiry to delivery, coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics, and improve customer satisfaction through proactive communication.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and full professional English. Hybrid work is available, with opportunities to work from other Stora Enso offices. Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Manage customer orders end-to-end from enquiry to delivery and invoicing.
• Act as primary contact for daily customer cooperation and timely communication.
