EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior Transformation Consultant to help clients transform Time & Attendance and Workforce Management. Proficiency in German is mandatory, with collaboration across HR, Payroll, and business leaders to deliver practical, governance-focused solutions.

You will contribute to practice development, solution innovation, and proposal support, shaping the HR Managed Services offerings while delivering client-ready deliverables.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency is mandatory (spoken and written).
• Experience in Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, and HR service delivery.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to analyze business challenges and develop practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assess current-state Time & Attendance and Workforce Management processes and design future-state models.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions; develop governance frameworks.
• Define KPIs, reporting frameworks, and governance mechanisms; prepare executive dashboards.
• Support HR Shared Services transformations and contribute to thought leadership and solution development.
