Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Consultant / Senior Consultant in Katowice to lead Time Management and Time Tracking implementations for global clients.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, gather requirements, configure modules, test, and support integrations in a hybrid model (2 days in office / 3 days remote).

Fluency in English and a client‑focused mindset are essential, with mentoring of junior consultants and contribution to EY's HR technology practice.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management or related HR processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with clients and project teams across regions.
• Fluent English communication skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management implementations from requirements through design and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
• Conduct workshops to analyze requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure Time Off, Time Sheet, Work Schedules, Holidays and other EC Time components.
• Support integration design, testing, and deployment planning; mentor junior consultants.
