Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Krakow is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join our international team. You will focus on building long-term customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting business growth in a technology-driven environment.

In this role, you will conduct consultative conversations with business clients, manage objections, and drive the full sales cycle toward revenue targets.

Qualifications

• German language at C1 level and English at B2 level.
• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in prospecting, negotiating and closing deals.
• Knowledge of cloud-based or technology solutions is a plus.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Krakow.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
