Zusammenfassung

bioMérieux SA in Warsaw is seeking a Sales Back Office Specialist DACH (German speaking) to support our sales teams across Germany, Austria and Switzerland from Warsaw in a hybrid model.

You will handle customer inquiries, prepare offers and contracts, maintain master data and assist with tenders, while coordinating with finance, marketing and other departments to standardize processes and improve efficiency. Some travel to Germany is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of professional experience in a commercial or administrative position.
• German at native speaker level and fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience with a CRM system (Salesforce) and SAP.

Aufgaben

• Processing and coordination of customer inquiries in close cooperation with sales colleagues.
• Creation, processing and filing of offers and contract-related documents.
• Administrative and preparatory support for contract processes within the DACH region.
• Coordination of customer price inquiries and customer supplier information.
• Maintenance and management of customer master data as well as sales-related documents, especially in the CRM system.
• Collaboration in the coordination and processing of tenders.
• Support in maintaining our CPQ quotation tool in Salesforce.
• Independent handling of smaller projects and topics in coordination with the team leader.
• Collaboration in standardization, documentation and continuous improvement of processes in the DACH region.
• Support for automation and optimization initiatives in the sales back office.
