Job summary

Worldline in Warsaw is seeking an Onboarding & Backoffice Specialist with German to support onboarding and maintenance for our key markets. You will work with data, systems and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate customer setup and ongoing account maintenance.

Fluency in German and English, plus Polish, is required. You will manage data entry with high accuracy, prioritize tasks under pressure, and collaborate closely with the Sales team to meet SLAs and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and maintenance of new and existing customers in our systems.
• Obtain information for incomplete documents and verify accuracy.
• Process requests from customers, partners and third parties per SLA.
• Make changes to client accounts and ensure data integrity.
• Comply with data security policies and collaborate with Sales.
