Job summary

Bergmen in Skawina is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist for the German-speaking market. You will build client relationships, acquire new business, and service current partners from the DACH region, guiding negotiations and preparing proposals.

You will work with a team to ensure smooth order execution, maintain frequent client contact, and contribute to growth through proactive outreach, aiming for long-term partnerships and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of German sufficient for free-flowing communication with the client.
• Ability to organise work and operate based on objectives.
• High personal culture and ease of establishing contacts.
• Independence, initiative and commitment.
• Timeliness, meticulousness and responsibility.
• Category B driving licence.
• Willingness for occasional business trips.
• Preferable: experience in sales or B2B customer service and work in technical industries.
