Job summary

bioMérieux in Warsaw invites an experienced Sales Back Office Specialist DACH to enable smooth sales operations across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. From our Warsaw location, you will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with sales, finance and marketing, and help standardize processes to support rapid business growth.

You will collaborate across teams, maintain master data, process offers, and support CPQ tooling in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years in a commercial or administrative role, ideally sales support.
• Native German; fluent in spoken and written English; French is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Salesforce and SAP CRM systems.
• Experience with Power Automate; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Structured, reliable, and able to work remotely.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany.

Responsibilities

• Processing and coordination of customer inquiries in close cooperation with sales colleagues.
• Creation, processing and filing of offers and contract-related documents.
• Administrative and preparatory support for contract processes within the DACH region.
• Coordination of customer price inquiries and customer supplier information.
• Maintenance of customer master data and sales-related documents in the CRM system.
• Collaboration in tender coordination and processing.
• Support in maintaining the Salesforce CPQ tool.
• Handle recurring organizational and administrative tasks for the sales teams in the DACH region.
• Assist in standardizing, documenting and improving processes in the DACH region.
• Support automation and optimization initiatives in the sales back office.
