Job summary

Universal Investment is seeking a highly motivated SRM Enablement specialist to coordinate and produce high-quality RfP and RfI responses in German and English, supporting Sales & Relationship Management across the group.

You will work with Product, Operations, Legal, Tax, Compliance and Marketing, manage end-to-end projects, and help develop the RfP library while ensuring governance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• University degree in economics, business administration, finance or related field.
• 2–3 years in financial services or related area.
• Experience in RfP/RfI management, proposal writing, sales support, client service, asset servicing.
• Experience with RfP project management tool like Responsive is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English and German.

Responsibilities

• Independently managing and coordinating RfP and RfI projects from initial request to final submission.
• Leading internal kick-off meetings with Sales Managers and subject matter experts.
• Drafting high-quality, client-focused RfP and RfI responses in German and English.
• Collaborating with Product, Operations, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Marketing and External Communications.
• Maintaining and updating the RfP answer library.
• Supporting cross-functional Sales Enablement projects and automation initiatives.
