Job summary

Universal Investment is seeking a highly motivated SRM Enablement team member to coordinate RfP and RfI responses across the firm. You will work closely with Sales & Relationship Management, ensuring compelling, accurate material for prospective and existing clients.

The role requires drafting in German and English, collaborating with Product, Operations, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Marketing and External Communications, and delivering polished, compliant documents.

Qualifications

• A university degree in economics, business administration, finance or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in financial services or related area.
• Experience in RfP/RfI management, proposal writing, sales support, client service, asset servicing or similar.
• Exposure to an RfP project management tool such as Responsive would be beneficial.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear client content.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships across levels.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end RfP and RfI projects from initial request to final submission.
• Lead internal kick-off meetings with Sales Managers, Relationship Managers and SMEs.
• Draft high-quality, client-focused RfP/RfI responses in German and English.
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Marketing and External Communications.
• Create, review and tailor responses for non-standard questions and customize content for clients.
• Ensure responses meet governance, regulatory and compliance standards.
• Prepare final RfP and RfI documents for submission.
• Support sales activities such as beauty contests, pitches and expert interviews.
• Maintain and expand the RfP answer library and contribute to Sales Enablement.
• Support automation and AI-driven capabilities within the function.
