Job summary

FLZR GmbH, part of 1SP Agency, seeks a Project Coordinator to support retail, POS, and shopper marketing projects for German and international markets. Excellent German (B2/C1) and strong coordination skills are required; English proficiency is also expected.

The role offers flexible remote or hybrid work within Poland and collaboration with a multinational team. You will coordinate planning, staff, and project documentation, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, event management, retail, marketing, or a comparable field.
• Excellent German language skills (minimum B2/C1) – mandatory
• Good English language skills for working in an international environment
• Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• A proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
• Confident handling of digital tools and software

Responsibilities

• Supporting the planning and implementation of retail, POS, and shopper marketing projects
• Coordinating promoter and field sales teams throughout project execution
• Communicating with promoters, service providers, and internal teams in German
• Supporting the selection and organization of project staff together with the Recruiting team
• Preparing and maintaining project briefings, documentation, and operational guidelines
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Collecting feedback from on-site teams and supporting continuous quality improvements
• Preparing project reports and summaries
