Job summary

Ricoh is recruiting a RBS Contract Authoring Specialist with German for the Gdańsk (Oliwia Garden) site. You will review lease contracts, activate Ricoh Capital agreements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate processing and timely reporting.

Fluent English and German (B2) are required, along with a strong eye for detail and an analytical mindset. The role emphasizes data integrity, compliance, and process improvement within leasing operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and German (minimum B2) required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Review and process lease contracts to ensure activation and booking accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams and OpCos to activate Ricoh Capital contracts.
• Investigate and resolve contract rejections with OpCos.
• Manage contract administration: amendments and updates.
• Support contract termination processes per procedures.
• Assist with lease contract sell-off to internal/external leasing companies.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and month-end reports.
• Ensure orders and contracts comply with internal policies and approvals.
• Maintain data quality to protect Ricoh Capital lease portfolio integrity.
• Identify and mitigate non-approved risks via contract reviews.
• Support continuous process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
