Dyson is recruiting a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist Greek-based customers while working remotely from Greece. Training will be provided, no deep tech expertise required.

You will handle inquiries by calls, messages and emails, help with product questions, and manage warranties, repairs and replacements as part of a friendly international team. Relocation support and remote setup are included.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
