Job summary

Rolls-Royce Krakow Global Capability Centre seeks a Project Controlling & Reporting Specialist with German to drive data‑driven reporting for major projects. You will consolidate data, validate it, and deliver standardized outputs across the organisation.

The role requires 9+ years in Finance with 3+ years in Controlling/Reporting, fluent English and German (min B2). You will work in a hybrid setup with a modern Krakow office and a focus on process improvement.

Qualifications

• : Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or similar.
• : Overall 9+ years of experience in Finance with minimum 3+ years in Controlling, Reporting or Analytics.
• : Fluent English and German language skills – min. B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring management reports and KPI dashboards based on approved templates.
• Consolidate financial and operational data from multiple systems and templates.
• Validate data against controlling structures and resolve inconsistencies in coordination with stakeholders.
• Prepare variance analyses and support profitability analytics using standard models.
• Maintain reporting templates, calendars and documentation and ensure compliance with controls.
