Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków is seeking a GBS Finance Operations Specialist focused on Financial Data & Application Support. You will ensure high-quality Factory Standard Margin data, support month-end closings, and drive improvements in reporting capabilities within the Group Reporting environment.

The role involves data validation, first-level support, and coordinating with legal entities to maintain data accuracy. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial systems, reporting, and margin calculations.
• Fluent English communication skills required; German is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data structures, interfaces, and financial relationships.

Responsibilities

• Validate Factory Standard Margin data and coordinate with legal entities to resolve issues.
• Provide first-level support during month-end closing with focus on FSM and SalesDB.
• Drive process improvements for reporting capabilities and data quality.
• Manage user access, service requests, and training materials for end users.
• Prepare UATs and support ad hoc topics related to Finance data.
