Rolls-Royce is seeking a Project Manager for its Krakow Global Capability Centre to lead complex GBS transition and transformation projects end-to-end. You will own practical delivery planning, manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder coordination, and ensure transitions land to scope, timeline, cost, and adoption expectations.
The role requires significant delivery experience in matrix, multi-location environments and excellent English communication, with hybrid work from the Krakow office.

As a Project Manager, you will deliver complex GBS transition and transformation projects end-to‑end as part of the country Programme Delivery & PMO capability in Krakow and Bangalore, working under the local VP / centre delivery leadership while aligning to global programme standards and governance. Take direct ownership for turning functional scope into executable plans, resolved issues and successful transition outcomes. Initially aligned to priority transition areas, the role will build transferable PM capability to support broader GBS projects and transformation activity over time. Own practical delivery planning, risks, dependencies, stakeholder coordination and issue resolution, ensuring transitions land to agreed scope, timeline, cost, quality, readiness and adoption expectations.
You will Lead assigned transition / project workstreams end-to‑end from mobilisation through delivery, stabilisation and handover.
