Job summary

Alcon is seeking an HR HC Master Data Management Specialist with German to support associates and managers across countries and languages. You will handle HR lifecycle events, payroll inquiries, system navigation, and maintain data accuracy while ensuring adherence to SLAs.

In this role you will work in a global HR Shared Services environment, supporting the German market, using HRIS tools (Workday) and service center technologies, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process

Qualifications

Good understanding of HR operations.
Fluency in English and German.
Experience using Service Center technologies.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Experience with HRIS, preferably Workday (1+ year).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in HR Shared Services environment.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Creative problem solving and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Process HR lifecycle changes including onboarding, verifications, and personnel file administration.
Support employee data changes and onboarding in HR systems.
Assist with payroll inquiries and policy clarifications.
Contribute to regional and global projects and maintain documentation.
Ensure SLAs are met and provide high-quality service to associates.
