Job summary

Taskrabbit is hiring a Fulfillment Operations Specialist (German Speaking) in a remote Poland position. You will join a remote team in Poland focused on improving conversions and reducing cancellations across six European markets, supporting fulfillment rate and task interventions.

You will operate under SOPs with formal training and onboarding. The role requires English and German fluency (B2+), at least 1 year of customer service experience, and full-time availability.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and German (B2+) required.
• 1 year+ customer service or contact center experience preferred.
• Strong empathy, courtesy and helpfulness in interactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong grammar and spelling.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and follow SOPs for assigned programmes.
• Take notes and suggest improvements to team leader.
• Resolve user issues via live channels while meeting KPIs for satisfaction, productivity, and accuracy.
• Manage outbound calls with taskers and maintain high-quality interactions.
• Build trust with stakeholders and resolve queries effectively on first contact.
• Stay organized and updated on SOPs and programme changes.
