Job summary

AMS is seeking a Recruiter to support Graduate/Junior Professional and ad hoc core hiring across EU locations for our client, partnering with Hiring Managers to attract and hire top graduate and early careers talent.

Working closely with sourcers and administration specialists, you will manage recruitment activities from demand planning through to offer, ensuring an efficient, high-quality hiring process and an outstanding experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, especially graduate/early careers hiring.
• Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders in a client-facing environment.
• Strong campus recruitment knowledge and attraction strategies.
• Experience in panel interviews and evidence-based hiring decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to advise confidently.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns with high organization and detail.
• Fluent in English; proficient with recruitment tech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality early careers recruitment from demand planning to offer.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for graduate and early careers vacancies.
• Develop attraction strategies aligned with market insights and diversity objectives.
• Conduct and participate in panel interviews and provide assessments.
• Maintain strong talent pipelines and stakeholder relationships.
• Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience across the account.
