Job summary

AMS is seeking a Proactive Sourcing Specialist to join our graduate and trainee recruitment team in Kraków. You will review large volumes of applications, conduct proactive sourcing, and collaborate with Recruiters to build strong candidate pipelines for early-career roles.

You will support university outreach and engagement, ensuring top talent is identified and nurtured, while maintaining data quality and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate screening or talent acquisition.
• Experience reviewing high volumes of CVs/applications while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong sourcing and candidate research skills, including experience using LinkedIn and sourcing platforms.
• Experience supporting graduate, trainee or early-careers recruitment would be advantageous.
• Exposure to university recruitment, campus engagement or graduate talent attraction would be beneficial.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with ability to manage multiple vacancies and pipelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and curious approach to identify additional sourcing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review high volumes of applications and CVs, identifying candidates who meet graduate and trainee requirements.
• Apply screening and sourcing techniques to build high-quality shortlists and progress candidates.
• Conduct proactive sourcing and candidate outreach using LinkedIn and other channels.
• Partner with Recruiters and Recruitment Partners to understand hiring requirements across multiple vacancies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future early‑careers needs.
• Support university outreach and talent engagement activities.
• Support internal mobility and employee rotation initiatives where required.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and ensure data quality and compliance.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and insights to the recruitment team.
