Job summary

CBTalents is hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international team on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will engage with German-speaking customers, answer questions, and resolve inquiries while maintaining a high level of service.

Ideal candidates are fluent in German and English, with prior customer-facing experience and strong problem-solving skills. Relocation and housing assistance are provided to help you settle in Sofia, a city with a rich history and vibrant
