Job summary

Cbtalents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team on-site in Sofia. You will engage with German-speaking customers, resolve inquiries, and support accounts and products in a dynamic, multicultural setting.

Relocation assistance is provided. This role offers exposure to international operations and development of customer service skills in a European capital with vibrant culture.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German
• Good command of English
• Customer-facing experience is a plus
• Willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
• Eligible to work in Bulgaria / the EU

• Open to relocating to Sofia, Bulgaria
• Eligible to work in Bulgaria / the EU
