Job summary

Vesuvius, a global leader in molten metal flow engineering, seeks a Customer Experience Partner for German-speaking clients. You will oversee end-to-end customer service, resolving inquiries and ensuring service quality.

The role emphasizes empathy, collaboration, and continuous improvement, with a probation period and fixed-term contract. Fluency in English and German (B2/C1) and experience with CRM/SAP are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, order management or related fields is preferred.
• Fluent in English and German at B2/C1 levels; strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently with empathy and accountability.
• Record and track interactions using CRM and ticketing tools.
• Handle issues from basic to complex and escalate when needed to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies, products and service guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer challenges and meet team goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
