Job summary

Vesuvius CSD Sp. z o. o. is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to monitor inventory, analyze demand, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery while optimizing stock and reducing costs.

The role requires strong ERP/MRP experience (SAP/JDE) and fluent English with proficiency in German, Spanish, or Turkish, plus a track record in materials planning and logistics within an international environment.

Qualifications

MRPs/order replenishment/logistics experience required.
Bachelor's degree in related field required.
5+ years in material planning, inventory control, or purchasing preferred.

Responsibilities

Inventory Management: monitor and maintain optimal stock levels.
Supplier Coordination: issue POs and manage supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery.
Logistics: coordinate collection from suppliers and deliveries to customers.
Forecast Analysis: review forecasts and adjust orders to match demand.
Problem Solving: resolve bottlenecks and disputes in supply chain.
System Maintenance: ensure ERP/MRP master data accuracy and updates.
Communication: liaise with Customer Service on order status and delivery times.
