Job summary

Medtronic is seeking graduates for a Credit Services role supporting order-to-cash operations in the Alpine Markets. You will manage accounts, perform collections, and communicate with customers in English and German while learning multiple systems and AI-enabled workflows.

The position requires a bachelor's degree, English fluency, German at C1, and on-site work in Warsaw during onboarding and training. SAP experience and ERP exposure are preferred, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; no prior professional experience required.
• Fluent English and German (C1) required for business communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Able to learn across multiple systems and AI-enabled tools.
• On-site availability in Warsaw during onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and perform collections to support timely payments.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email in English and market language to resolve issues and arrange payments.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and collection outcomes in designated systems.
• Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Escalate complex issues per established policies and procedures.
• Follow documented processes and compliance requirements for consistent service delivery.
• Utilize digital and AI-enabled tools to support workflow and communications.
• Contribute feedback for process improvements and automation opportunities.
