Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or advanced degree with no prior experience.
• Professional proficiency in English for business use.
• French proficiency at C1 level for business communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts to support timely collection of receivables.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to discuss payment status and commitments.
• Investigate disputes and delays by coordinating with Finance and Customer Service.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and actions in ERP systems and CRM tools.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify aging accounts for action.
