Job summary

Revolut Ltd. is seeking a Support Specialist to oversee German-language complaints from Poland and beyond. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, ensuring fair treatment of customers and strict adherence to deadlines.

You’ll perform root-cause analyses, improve internal processes, and collaborate with Product and QA to deliver effective resolutions. Strong English and German, plus a customer-centric mindset, are essential in this remote-friendly role.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required or a provisional certificate.
• 18+ months of customer service experience.
• Fluency in English and German at C1+ level.
• Ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely.
• Strong numeracy and IT skills; independent problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming formal complaints within regulatory deadlines.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve issues to fix root causes.
• Set up and improve internal complaint-handling procedures.
• Contribute to a culture prioritising fair treatment of customers.
• Maintain a central archive of data, ensuring accessibility.
• Collaborate with Product and QA to resolve complaints efficiently.
• Own problems end-to-end and stay updated on regulatory standards.
