Revolut Ltd is seeking a Support Specialist (Complaints) fluent in Portuguese to join our remote team covering Poland and Romania. You will oversee formal complaints, drive fair processes, and work with Product and QA to deliver swift, clear resolutions.

You’ll perform root-cause analysis, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain a central data archive, and own end-to-end improvements. 18+ months of customer service and C1+ English and Portuguese are required; a bachelor's degree is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (provisional certificate acceptable)
• 18+ months of customer service experience
• Fluency in English (C1+) and Portuguese (C1+)
• Ability to explain complex issues clearly
• Strong numeracy, analytical and IT skills
• Empathy and love for helping people

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming formal complaints within regulatory deadlines
• Identify, analyse, and resolve issues
