You will conduct root-cause analysis, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, maintain centralized data archives, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues effectively. The role supports remote work from Poland and Romania and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or provisional certificate.
• 18+ months of customer service experience.
• Fluent in English and Japanese (C1+).
• Ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Strong numeracy, analytical and IT skills.
• Empathy and customer-focused mindset.
• Independent problem-solving and self-motivation.
• Flexible team-player attitude.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming formal complaints within regulatory deadlines.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues; implement improvements.
• Set up and improve internal procedures.
• Contribute to a culture prioritizing fair treatment of customers.
• Maintain a central archive of data; ensure records are accessible.
