Job summary

Sollers Consulting Sp. z.o.o is seeking a capable business consultant to join IT projects for financial institutions, especially insurance. You will analyze requirements, define functional specs, and support UATs while collaborating with developers and IT architects in a multinational setting.

The role requires initial IT project experience in finance, a bachelor’s degree, strong English, and German at high levels. The position is full-time in Poland with agile practices and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

First experience in IT projects for the financial sector (insurance or bancassurance preferred).
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, IT, or related field.
Excellent English (C1) and German (B2/C1) with agile mindset.
Understanding agile ways of working.
Ability to work in Poland and the EU on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Be part of consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and test developed solutions and support UATs.
Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.
Test yourself in various roles performing varied tasks in an international environment.
Be an active member of an Agile team, taking ownership for your topics.
