FH Collective Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria is seeking a German-speaking Billing Service Agent to support customers with billing inquiries. The role starts on-site in Sofia, with a potential move to a hybrid model after 4 months for top performers.

Base salary is €1,636 gross per month plus a €102.25 monthly billing bonus, plus a signing bonus of €1,000 (€500 after training, €500 after 6 months). Relocation includes 2 weeks Airbnb and up to €255 for flights, with meal vouchers, private health

This role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria and provides a relocation package. The role is initially on-site in Sofia, with the possibility of moving to a hybrid model after 4 months for top performers.

Join an international team as a German-Speaking Billing Service Agent, supporting customers with billing-related inquiries and delivering a great customer experience.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Work Model: On-site (for top performers hybrid work model after 4 months)Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday - Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,636 gross/month
• Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 gross
• Unlimited Sales Bonus: Top performers can earn more than €1,000/month
• €1,000 Signing Bonus (€500 after training - €500 after 6 months)
